Return and Refund Policy

At Sloane Bytes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please read our refund, return, and exchange policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Returned or exchanged items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. If the item has been used or damaged, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items upon arrival. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.

2. How to Return or Exchange

To return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order via email or phone to report the issue.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and images (if applicable) showing the defect or damage.
  3. Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. Products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds only for defective or damaged products. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as your payment (i.e., Cash on Delivery). However, since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will be provided in cash at the time of return, or through a similar COD arrangement if applicable.
  • Non-Refundable: Products that have been used, damaged, or opened will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that do not meet the criteria mentioned above.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Coverage: Sloane Bytes provides a limited warranty on selected products, which covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
  • Warranty Duration: The duration of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product description for specific warranty details.
  • Warranty Claims: If you experience a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us within the warranty period for assistance. Our customer service team will guide you through the process to resolve the issue.

5. Refund/Return Process

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or replacement.

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased more than 3 days ago
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect
